“Bengal College of Engineering and Technology for Women”, established in 2009 is the first Engineering College for Women in West Bengal and eastern region.

The institute is founded by SKS Educational and Social Trust with a vision to be a leader in the field of technical education with major objectives of generating women engineers and scientists at graduate and post graduate levels.

Bengal College of Engineering and Technology for Women which is approved by AICTE, and affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT). The total approved intake is 360 students in the five  streams presently available.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ADMISSION DOWNLOAD QUICK LINKS
Both JEM and AIEEE merit listed candidates shall have to adhere to the cut-off marks in qualifying examination (10+2) i.e., at least 45% (40% for SC/ST candidates) marks in aggregates with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics for Engineering, being compulsory subjects with pass marks in each of those individual subjects (as per AICTE Norms) and pass marks (30%) in English.
